By booking an appointment or purchasing a service, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. Policies may be updated when necessary to reflect changes in our services or applicable requirements.

Refund Policy - the basics

At HOUSE OF MARIENOEL, we value your time and are committed to providing every client with a personalized and enjoyable beauty experience. Because appointments are reserved specifically for each client, booking fees are subject to the terms outlined below.

For completed beauty services, including hair braiding, hair extensions, and makeup, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been completed. If you have a concern about your service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss an appropriate solution.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment, a booking fee is required at the time of booking. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the booking fee has been received.

The booking fee will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service and is not an additional charge.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

Clients are allowed one cancellation or rescheduling without forfeiting their booking fee. After two cancellations, the booking fee becomes non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future appointment.

A new booking fee may be required to schedule another appointment.
